TREATMENT REPORT ON PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO ARTICLE No. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 (ITALIAN LAW)
According to the showed set of rules which foresees persons and other parties' safeguards with respect to the personal data treatment, we wish to inform you that this treatment will be marked to principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and safeguard linked with Your privacy and Your rights.
1. TREATMENT AIMS FOR WHICH DATA ARE INTENDED FOR: Personal data supplied by you are treated only with the aim to grant your inquiries or for the sending of the informative material required by you.
2. DATA TREATMENT MODALITIES: The treatment of the personal data, connected with the showed aims, it is made manually and electronically and, however, in a way to be able to guarantee the safeguard and the privacy of the same.
3. DATA CONTRIBUTING: Data contributing is compulsory into the fields of the present form marked with an asterisk in order to be able to complete the request. The fulfilling of the other fields not marked with an asterisk could result helpful, but if they are omitted, this does not forbid completing the inquiry.
4. DATA COMMUNICATION TO OTHER PARTIES: Data could be supplied to other customer of ours (importers, retailers, agents) only if it is necessary in order to be able to deal with your inquiry. Data will not be supplied to third parties because of advertising aims.
5. PARTIES INVOLVED RIGHTS: Article no. 7 of the legislative decree no. 196/2003 (Italian Law) gives to the parties involved the right to know, update, rectify or to cancel all the own personal data or to object to the use of the same if data are treated breaching the law.
